The glass installed in the wall of master shower is mounted crooked and was not caulked causing slight water damage before it was caught. Home Ranch Performance Horses
It's everything you'd want from a dude ranch experience, like a pinewood bed, Pendleton quilts, and a simple and snug vibe. When you drive up to the ranch on arrival, the first thing you notice might not be the barn and horses. Chickens and livestock are also raised on-site for local, sustainable meat and eggs. Disliked the lack of response to my texts and questions. I had to call to confirm next steps and appointments.
Actually getting to the property is something to note. If you're lucky enough to fly from an airport that allows you to land directly into Hayden Airport, it's only a 45-minute shuttle or drive. If you're flying into Denver's most popular airport, you're looking at a four-hour drive.

I have a toilet that causes negative pressure while flushing and occasionally "burps" sewage air into the master suite. Had the original "warranty" guy get belligerent in my house to the point of forcing him to leave. The light fixtures on the front of garage were cut so large theres a 1/2 of caulking to cover it up. The tile in the master suite is 2 different colors and was told that its normal.... The tile in master suite is also off square by about 3/4 inch over 6 feet.

Around 2 pm, an afternoon ride is offered for all groups, or families can opt for pool time. Most days, we opted for a morning ride followed by an afternoon playing in the mountains in another capacity. Though certainly not a one-horse town, it is a one-supermarket town, with a small ranching and tourist community.
